I bought Lida Slimming Capsule just yesterday (original, authentic) and I was on a very strict diet, in which I did not eat any solid foods and only had fruit porridge (made with food processor) and took a glass of milk for my source of nutrition. Other than that I only drank.
When I received Lida I decided to eat, and now I only eat small plates of quickly boiled vegetables (half raw) on breakfast and lunch. After that I don't really eat anything. I refused to eat meat.
I often read from people that they can feel Lida working from the very first day, but the first day I feel nothing. The distributor told me that I might get very sweaty once I took Lida. But I did not sweat.
Could you give me suggestion on how I should eat when I'm using Lida?
How should I eat that Lida gives me the best result?
I exercise around 30-60 minutes in one day. I gotta admit that I sweat more after using Lida, but I was hoping that I get sweaty even without exercising.
